Man makes Lord Hanuman co-litigant in plea, fined ₹1 lakh by Delhi High Court

Delhi High Court has imposed a fine of ₹1 lakh on a man who made Lord Hanuman a litigant in a plea concerning possession of a private land having a temple of the deity. "I never thought God would, one day, be a litigant before me. This appears, however, thankfully, to be a case of divinity by proxy," it said.
