Man masturbates in front of woman at Delhi metro station, arrested after footage surfaces

A 23-year-old man was arrested after he allegedly masturbated in front of a woman at Delhi Metro's Mandi House station platform. The man was arrested with the help of CCTV footage. As per the woman's complaint, she got down to wait for a friend. The accused, who was standing on the opposite platform, began masturbating in front of the woman.
