Man masturbates in front of woman on US flight; says 'I asked her before doing it'

A man on a Southwest Airlines flight from Seattle to Phoenix is facing federal charges for masturbating four times in front of a female passenger. Antonio Sherrodd McGarity, who was arrested when the flight landed, said that he asked the "female witness if she minded if he masturbates". He added that the woman said, "It really doesn't matter."
