Man once built 60 cm-wide building to block brother's view

A man in Lebanon's capital city Beirut once built a building to block the view of the Mediterranean sea from his brother's building, according to reports. Constructed in 1954, the building is known as Al Ba'sa in Arabic, which means 'The Grudge'. It is 14 metres high, and less than one metre in width at its thinnest point.
