Man orders ₹300 lotion from Amazon, gets ₹19,000 earbuds; Amazon says 'keep it'

A man who ordered a skin lotion worth ₹300 from Amazon India was mistakenly sent Bose wireless earbuds worth ₹19,000. Sharing the incident on Twitter, Pune's Gautam Rege said that when he contacted Amazon, he was told to 'keep' the earbuds as the order was 'non-returnable'. In another tweet, he said that Amazon refunded the amount for undelivered skin lotion.
