Railways has reacted after a man posted a video and wrote, "Please see the video and see the state of train in AC [coach]...It feels like general compartment...45 minutes passed, no response from Railways." "We're listening and will do our best to help. The concerned officials are being notified," RailwaySeva responded to the man's post.
