An employee shared a chat on Reddit in which a manager denied his leave request. The employee said he couldn’t work on Monday due to a power and internet outage, but the manager denied the leave and warned that "further negotiations" would be treated as absconding. In response, the employee said, "Please consider Friday...my last working day."
