Man reconstructs nose ripped off by dog using bone from his ribs

Ben Horne, 34, from Somerset, UK, lost his nose after his dog mauled him during a seizure. Over five years, he underwent ten reconstructive surgeries, using rib bones and skin from his arm and forehead. Despite the trauma and numerous surgeries, Ben is now beginning to accept his appearance and hopes his story will inspire others facing similar challenges.
