Man roams at UP college with 'Where will I get a Russian girl?' poster, arrested

The Uttar Pradesh Police has arrested a man who was seen roaming at Shri Ram College in Uttar Pradesh's Muzaffarnagar with a poster that read, "Where will I get a Russian girl in Muzaffarnagar?" The video of the man roaming with the placard had gone viral. The police stated that a "necessary legal action" is being taken against the man.
