Man runs 101.38 km from Lord's before bowling first delivery in longest run-up record attempt

British endurance athlete Sam Bodoano ran 101.38 km, from Lord’s Cricket Ground to Valley End Cricket Club before bowling the opening ball of a match. The overnight run took around 14 hours. Bodoano carried a cricket ball and wore full whites throughout. Guinness World Records is reviewing evidence before officially recognising the attempt.
