Man says he & other passengers not given water on train, IRCTC responds

A man claimed that he and five other passengers were denied drinking water during a recent train travel. "I was about to break the door fir ek ne bottle laake diya!! Pathetic," Abhinav Singh said on X. IRCTC took note of the same and wrote, "Sir, we regret the experience you had. Request you to share PNR and mobile number."
