Man says Samsung earphones exploded in girlfriend's ear, causing hearing loss in Turkey

A man from Turkey shared on Samsung's community forum that his newly purchased bluetooth earphones exploded while they were in his girlfriend's ears. He claimed that his girlfriend suffered permanent hearing loss due to the explosion. Samsung allegedly offered to replace the earphones if the customer chose not to exercise his legal rights, stating the earphones had deformed, not exploded.
