Man scales tower & paints cartoon bird to demand lower taxes in Australia

Australian police arrested a graffiti artist on Tuesday who climbed a 140-metre-high tower in Melbourne and caused an hours-long stand-off with police. The man had spray-painted a giant cartoon bird resembling 'Pam the Bird' and sat atop the tower, demanding lower taxes. The man had also requested that a peanut butter sandwich be airlifted to him with a drone.
