Man seeks girlfriend's custody from her husband in petition in Gujarat HC, fined ₹5000

A man from Gujarat's Banaskantha was fined ₹5,000 by High Court after he filed a petition seeking his girlfriend's custody from her husband. He claimed that his girlfriend left her husband as she was married against her will and was living with him after signing a live-in relationship agreement. The court said the woman's custody with her husband isn't illegal.
