Man seen climbing 1,016-foot-tall skyscraper in London

A man was seen scaling the glass exterior of the Shard skyscraper in London on Monday. Police confirmed that they managed to get him inside, adding that he was talking to officers and has not been arrested. Located close to the London Bridge, the Shard is 1,016-foot-tall and is home to offices, restaurants, a retail arcade and a hotel.
