Man sets fire outside Buckingham Palace; video surfaces

A man has been arrested outside the Buckingham Palace in London as he appeared to spark a fire outside the palace's gate. Footage on social media showed the individual hauled to the ground by the police. A Met Police spokesperson said that the man was arrested on suspicion of causing criminal damage, adding that the fire has been extinguished.
