Man sews up wife's genitals in MP; she asks police to scold him and not arrest him

A man in Madhya Pradesh stitched his wife's genitals because he suspected she was cheating on him, police said. The woman, however, asked the police not to arrest her husband and requested the police to just scold him to ensure he doesn't repeat the act, an official said. The woman is undergoing treatment at a hospital in Singrauli.
