Man shoots brother dead over mother's funeral dispute in UP

A dispute over organising their mother's brahm bhoj (post-death) ceremony turned deadly in Uttar Pradesh's Gorakhpur when a man allegedly shot his younger brother dead. Shubham Sharma was fatally wounded during a heated argument with elder brother Durgvijay Sharma, who is absconding. Police said the clash stemmed from disagreements over holding a joint or separate post-death ritual ceremony.
