Man shot McDonald's manager in the neck over coffee order

A man has been accused of shooting a McDonald's manager in the neck after an altercation about his order. 39-year-old Freddy Hormazabal became upset with his coffee order, went inside the restaurant, started arguing with the manager, and then demanded a refund. The manager was trying to escort him out of the restaurant, when Hormazabal shot him.
