Man sits in middle of road for 5 hrs to stop his Porsche from being towed in UK

A Porsche owner in London sat in the middle of the road for five hours to stop a tow truck from taking their Porsche sports car over an unpaid parking ticket. Peter Fennell's car was loaded on the truck after he got a ticket for parking on double yellow lines near his home. The car wasn't towed after the standoff.
