Man smashes mother-daughter's car on same Gurugram road where biker Sia was rammed

A 45-year-old woman and her daughter were allegedly abused, and had their car blocked and its headlight smashed by a man driving a Mahindra Scorpio on Gurugram's Golf Course Road on August 27. This is the same stretch where biker Sia was rammed by a car on September 13. Police filed an FIR in August 27 case on September 22.
