Man smuggles 1 kg gold capsules in rectum from Dubai to Delhi via flight

Customs officials have arrested an Indian passenger arriving from Dubai at IGI airport in Delhi for allegedly smuggling three oval-shaped capsules containing gold paste in his rectum on Thursday. The capsules weighed over 1 kg and contained gold worth over ₹72 lakh, as per customs. "The passenger on interrogation voluntarily ejected the same," Delhi Customs said.
