Man spends 40 hrs inside car with little food & water while returning from Manali to Delhi

A 37-year-old man from Delhi who visited Solang said he and his friends were stuck inside car for almost 40 hours due to a traffic jam in Manali while returning. He said they reached Manali from Solang around 2 pm on January 23 but were cleared to move after 24 hours. They had little food and water with them.
