Man starts barking, tries to bite people hrs after dog bite in UP

A 23-year-old man from UP's Aligarh developed severe rabies-like symptoms within hours of being bitten by a stray dog. Though the bite appeared minor and was treated at home, his condition worsened rapidly within a few hours. His family members said that he turned aggressive, made dog-like sounds, and even tried to bite people.
