Man steals cash, gold worth ₹50 lakh from his home, spends money on girlfriend; father files FIR

A 25-year-old man from Assam, Yash Dhanuka Agarwal, allegedly stole cash and gold worth around ₹50 lakh from his family home in Jorhat and spent part of the money on his girlfriend, police said. His father filed an FIR and helped bring him back from Ahmedabad after police traced his phone. Agarwal has been arrested.
