Man suffers medical emergency while trimming 75-ft palm tree in US, video shows rescue

A tree trimmer suffered a medical emergency while cutting a palm tree about 75 feet above the ground in the US state of California. Following the incident, the emergency crew rushed to the scene and rescued the man with the help of a helicopter. A video of the rescue operation, which took more than an hour, has also surfaced online.
