Man takes away leftover liquor bottle after party in Goa, friend kills him

A man allegedly killed his 32-year-old friend after he took away a liquor bottle that was left after a party in Goa. The accused has been arrested under the new criminal code Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita. The accused hit the victim with a cement block repeatedly while he was sleeping in an under-construction site.
