Man thrashes minor boy in front of police in Assam; arrested

A video of a man thrashing a minor in Assam's Sonitpur district surfaced on social media. The man was allegedly beating the child suspecting theft. Locals called the police after seeing the assault. However, the man continued to beat the child in front of the policeman. Police arrested the man after video of the incident went viral.
