Man tries to firebomb US embassy office in Israel, arrested

A US-German citizen was arrested for allegedly attempting to firebomb a US embassy branch office in Israel's Tel Aviv on May 19, the Justice Department said. The man, 28-year-old Joseph Neumeyer, was held at New York's John F Kennedy airport after being deported from Israel. Three Molotov cocktails were found in Neumeyer's backpack, which he left behind at the site.
