Man tries to use 'shortcut' by crossing from under a train in Bihar, it starts moving

A video from Bhagalpur, Bihar shows a man lying under a moving train, trying to save himself. He was trying to cross over to a different platform from under the train as a 'shortcut'. However, it started moving and he was trapped under it. The man managed to escape unhurt. Many social media users demanded the man's arrest.
