Man undergoes sex change surgery to marry boyfriend, gets rejected in MP

A 28-year-old man who underwent sex change operation to marry his boyfriend has filed a police complaint after his partner broke up with him in MP's Indore. The victim claimed his boyfriend promised to marry upon the transformation, adding, "He not only reneged on his promise but also subjected me to unnatural acts." They met via social media in 2021.
