Man urinates on tribal labourer's face in MP, CM announces action after video surfaces

A video shows a Madhya Pradesh man, said to be BJP MLA Kedarnath Shukla's representative, urinating on the face of a tribal labourer. Congress spokesperson Abbas Hafeez tweeted, "The BJP leader...is urinating on a poor tribal person like this."
