Man uses frying pan & pliers to break open ATM in Delhi; arrested

Police have arrested a man who allegedly tried to break open an ATM in Delhi's Uttam Nagar using a frying pan and a pair of pliers on Saturday. The accused, Deepak Ram (21), used to work as a cook, but started committing petty crimes to make money after he lost his job, said DCP (southwest) Gaurav Sharma.
