English club Manchester United were placed in Group A alongside Turkish club Fenerbahce in the UEFA Europa League draw announced on Friday. United have played in the Europa League twice, in the 2011-12 and 2015-16 seasons, but have never won the competition. Southampton, the second English side in the competition, are in Group K with Italian club Inter Milan.
