Man vandalises Ambedkar statue in Amritsar on R-Day, CM reacts

A man named Akashdeep Singh vandalised Dr BR Ambedkar's statue near the Golden Temple in Punjab's Amritsar on the evening of 76th Republic Day. The security staff present at the spot caught Akashdeep and handed him over to police. CM Bhagwant Mann condemned the vandalisation of the statue and said that the person responsible would be punished severely.
