Man wakes up to a 'snap'; suffers penile fracture in 2 places

A 27-year-old man was woken up by a 'snap' that he heard mid-sleep and was horrified to discover that it was his penis which broke in two places. He was left struggling in agony and waited 36 hours before seeking medical help. The man from Tunisia was diagnosed with 'eggplant deformity', a symptom associated with penile fractures.
