Man wanted in 17 cases arrested in Kerala, had changed his name 5 times over 30 years

Sam Antony, who assumed the names Sam Peter, Rahul Peter, Danny Tharakkan, Rajesh Robinson, Anthony Francis, over 30 years has been arrested in Kerala. As many as 17 cases, dating back to 1997, have been registered against Sam. He used to pose as a National Crime Investigation Bureau (NCIB) officer, extorted businessmen and repeatedly disappeared across states.
