Man wears dog mask, asks DM how stray dogs are rising despite ₹40-lakh sterilisation in MP

In an unusual protest, a man wearing a dog mask reached the Khandwa District Magistrate's office in Madhya Pradesh to raise voice against rising stray dogs in the district. While accompanied by Opposition leader Deepak 'Mullu' Rathore, the man questioned why the number of stray dogs hasn't decreased despite administration's claims of spending ₹40 lakh on sterilisation in four years.
