The main accused in the Saif Ali Khan stabbing case was arrested in Thane with police saying his name is Mohammed Shariful Islam Shehzad. Police had said after the arrest that the accused was using multiple names including Vijay Das, Bijoy Das, and Mohammed Iliyas. He broke into Saif's house in Mumbai, demanded ₹1 crore and stabbed him.
