Man who became a dog opens zoo where people can 'live like a dog'

Toco, the Japanese man famous for his $14,000 hyper-realistic dog costume, is launching the Tocotoco Zoo in Saitama, Japan, on January 26. Visitors can don lifelike animal costumes, such as an Alaskan Malamute, for $311 per session. The immersive experience, limited to small groups, allows people to live out their dream of being a four-legged animal.
