Man who killed 77 people sues Norway for 'extreme' isolation

Mass killer Anders Breivik is suing Norway for allegedly violating his human rights due to being held in "extreme" isolation, his lawyer said. Breivik killed 77 people in shootings and a bombing attack in Norway's worst peacetime atrocity in 2011.
