Man who raped & killed Uttarakhand nurse is a drug addict, robbed her jewellery & phone

The man who allegedly raped a nurse in Uttarakhand is a drug addict and he robbed her after strangling her to death in bushes. He took her phone and jewellery before running away, police said. He was arrested from Rajasthan after police tracked the woman's phone. The man had stopped her when she was going back to her home alone.
