Man who smelled his dirty socks daily diagnosed with lung infection in China

A man from China was reportedly diagnosed with a fungal lung infection from smelling his dirty socks daily. The man allegedly went to the hospital after drinking cough syrup didn't help and he developed bloodshot eyes. "If you smell...fungus-filled socks, the fungi may enter the lower respiratory tract through the mouth and nose," the deputy director of the hospital said.
