Man who stole cars to replace parts in his cabs held after 20 years

A 65-year-old Mumbai man, who runs a taxi business and had been stealing cars for 20 years in order to replace parts in his taxis that needed repair, has been arrested. Mohammad Kamil Noor Mohammad Ansari stole the cars using a master key, police said. They added that after removing the parts, he sold the stolen cars to scrap dealers.
