Emir Balat, who threw a bomb on an anti-Islam protest near NYC Mayor Zohran Mamdani's house, was seen doing the ISIS salute as he was being taken by policemen and FBI agents into a vehicle. Balat, 18, and Ibrahim Kayumi, 19, were charged on Monday with providing material support to a terrorist organisation and using a weapon of mass destruction.
