Man who tied dog to fence during Hurricane Milton in US charged

A man who left his dog tied to a fence on a highway before Hurricane Milton's landfall in US' Florida has been arrested and charged with animal cruelty. The male bull terrier was rescued by authorities on October 9. "We said you’d be held accountable, and you will be held accountable," Florida Governor Ron DeSantis said, referring to the man.
