Man who tried smuggling girlfriend's body faces death in Kuwait

Kuwait's court has upheld the death sentence of a man who murdered his girlfriend, hid her body in a suitcase and tried to smuggle it out of the country. The court ruled the crime was premeditated murder by strangulation. Medical experts found accused mentally fit. He also received 6-year jail for additional offences. The ruling confirms the maximum penalty.
