Man who uses his feet to drive car after losing both hands gets driving licence in TN

A 30-year-old Chennai man who lost both his hands in an accident and now uses his feet to drive a car has received a driving licence. He is said to be the first double amputee to obtain a licence in the state. The man, who lost both his hands at age 10, received a 10-year licence for a modified car.
