Man with no smartphone fails to register at UP hospital, dies by suicide

An 83-year-old man died by suicide by jumping from the third floor of a hospital, as he didn't have a smartphone and couldn't register on an app to see the doctor. He was standing in an OPD queue, but wasn't allowed to see the doctor when his turn arrived as he hadn't registered on the app, reports said.
