Manba Finance's ₹150-crore IPO is open for subscription from September 23 to September 25 at a price band of ₹114-120 per share. Retail investors can bid for a minimum of 125 shares, requiring a minimum investment of ₹15,000. Ahead of the listing, the unlisted shares of the Maharashtra-based NBFC were reportedly trading at premium of 50% in the grey market.
